| 2 ounces | Sliced pimentos -- drained |
| 1 | Onion -- chopped |
| 1 | Green bell pepper -- chopped |
| 2 cups | Cooked turkey -- diced |
| 1 can | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 1/2 cup | Milk |
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
In a large baking dish, combine rice, green beans, pimentos, onion, and green bell pepper; mix well. Sprinkle turkey over rice mixture in casserole. Mix soup with water and pour over all.
Bake casserole, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes, or until bubbling and lightly browned.
