Chipotle Chile Burritos

Ingredients

2 cans (7 oz each) salsa verde

2 tbsp Minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce plus 1 tbsp adobo sauce from can

6 Burrito size flour tortillas

1 pkg (8 oz) mexican style shredded cheese

Spanish rice, black beans, sliced green onion, sour cream, guacamole

Preparation

Place salsa, chiles and adobo sauce in saucepan and cook over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes or until warm.

Warm tortillas in a dry pan on the stove or in the microwave. Place equal amounts of mixture and cheese in each tortilla. Add rice, beans, onions, sour cream and guacamole, as desired.

Cook's Notes

Try adding shredded chicken or beef.
