| 1 can | (14-1/2 oz) chicken broth (reduced sodium) |
| 1 cup | Uncooked orzo pasta |
| 1/3 cup | Water |
| 2-1/2 cup | Chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, green onions and red peppers) |
| 1/3 cup | Parmesan cheese |
Combine chicken broth, pasta and water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low; cover and cook 7 minutes.
Stir in vegetables. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in parmesan cheese.
