| 4 | Burrito size flour tortillas |
| 1 pkg | (8 oz) Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese |
| 1-1/3 c | Flaked crab (real or imitation) |
| 1/2 c | Minced red onion |
| 1 | Large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced |
| | Chopped cilantro, salsa, sour cream |
Place tortillas on a flat surface. Sprinkle 1/4 c cheese on half of each tortilla. Top each with 1/3 c crab, 2 tbsp onion and 1/4 of the avocado slices. Sprinkle with 1/4 c cheese and fold in half.
Place each tortilla in a large skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat, until golden brown and crisp.
Top with cilantro, salsa and sour cream, if desired.
