Baked Beans "Queso-Dillas"

Ingredients

12 6" flour tortillas
3 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 Small white onion, diced
1 Green pepper, diced
1 can (28 oz) baked beans
1 c Salsa
1/2 c Sour cream

Preparation

Lay out six of the tortillas and sprinkle with cheese, onion, baked beans and pepper. Add another layer of cheese and top with the remaining tortillas.

Cook on warm grill for 3 minutes on each side or until warm throughout.

Serve with sour cream and salsa.

Cook's Notes

You can also try adding chicken or beef.
