No Cook Fresh Tomato Sauce with Pasta

Plum tomatoes give this rich sauce a tangy tomato flavor. You can also add chicken for a meaty taste.

Ingredients

1 lb Your favorite pasta

8 Plum tomatoes, chopped

1/4 c Chopped fresh basil leaves

2 tbsp Chopped red onion

1/2 c Italian reduced fat dressing

1/4 c Parmesan or romano cheese

Preparation

Cook pasta as directed on package.

Meanwhile, combine other ingredients in a large bowl.

Add drained pasta; toss to coat.

Makes 8 (1-1/4 c) servings.
