This salad is just as tasty without the deli meat.
8 c Torn salad greens
1 Tomato, cut into wedges
1 c Croutons
1/2 lb Deli corned beef, sliced, cut into strips
3/4 c Cubed swiss cheese
1/4 c Sauerkraut, well drained
1/4 c Thousand island dressing
Combine greens, tomato and croutons in a large serving bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
Omit corned beef for vegetarian style.
