Tropical Strawberry Smoothie

On a hot day this is sure to cool you down. Drink down a smoothie loaded with vitamins and minerals!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups California Strawberries, stemmed
1/2 cup Fresh, frozen or canned pineapple chunks
1 Container (8 oz) lowfat pina colada yogurt
1/2 cup Orange juice
1 1/2 cups Ice cubes

Preparation

In container of blender, combine all ingredients except ice cubes; blend until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes with motor running; blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings (~2 cups each serving).

Thanks, it tastes great! You could also alter the strawberry smoothie recipe slightly and add lemon juice instead of orange juice
