Serve this dip with steamed artichokes
1 14-ounce Can Garbanzo beans
1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp Fresh lemon peel
1 Garlic clove, pressed
2 tsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Chopped parsley
3 tbsp Minced green onion
1/4 tsp Dried oregano
In a blender or food processor, mix all the ingredients until blended.
