Ingredients

2 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup Granulated sugar
3/4 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
one 12-ounce Pkg (2 cups) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup Chopped nuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 9-11 minutes until edges are golden brown.

These are by far the easiest and best tasting chocolate chip cookies. I must confess that, although I love Nestle's products, I use gourmet chocolate chips instead of theirs. BUT! everything else is so simple and they come out tasting great every time. It's genius!
