Chiles Rellenos Casserole

Always delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 cup Evaporated milk

2 Eggs

1/3 cup Flour

3 (4 oz) cans Green chiles, whole

1/3 lb Each- Monterey jack cheese and cheddar cheeses, grated

1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Preparation

Beat evaporated milk with eggs and flour until smooth. Spilt chiles, rinse out seeds, and rain. Mix cheeses; reserve some for topping. Alternate layers of chiles, cheese, and egg mixture in a deep 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with reserved cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
