Ingredients

Shopping List:

7 ½ pounds lean ground beef

7 Eggs

1 cup Fat-free Milk

3/4 cup Quick-cooking oats

6 slices Bread, crumbled

Dried bread crumbs

1- 2 Onions

Head of Cabbage

3 Crushed cloves of garlic

1 tbsp Snipped parsley

1 teaspoon Rubbed sage

Salt

Pepper, pepper blend

BBQ Sauce [or see recipe]

1/4 cup Long grain rice [long cooking]

2 -10 3/4-oun Ce can of condensed tomato soup [divided]

4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 can Tomatoes [any style]

1 can French onion soup

6 cups Dried egg noodles

Flour

Ketchup

Ziplock bags

Freezer containers

Wax Paper

Foil

Plastic wrap

Marking pen to label.
