Ingredients

1 bag Slaw mix
1 package Ramen noodles with oriental seasoning
1/4 cup Slivered almonds
1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup Scallions -- optional
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Grated carrots -- optional

Preparation

1. Dissolve oriental seasoning packet in the 1/4 cup of water [in microwave].

2. Mix oil and vinegar and water with seasoning for the dressing.

3. Mix slaw mix in large bowl with the scallions and carrots if using.

4. Pour dressing over the slaw mix and toss

5. Break up Ramen noodles in packet then add to the slaw. [Can wait to add just before serving if you prefer crunchy.]

6 Add the slivered almonds and/or the toasted sesame seeds just prior to serving.

Cook's Notes

I substitute part of oil with Sesame Oil.
