This is a delicious dessert that will impress your guests

Ingredients

4 cup Fat free skim or 1% lowfat milk

2 tbsp Instant espresso or coffee crystals

6 tbsp Sugar

Cinnamon for garnish

Preparation

Stir ingredients together until coffee is dissolved. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight. To serve, scrape with a spoon or ice cream scoop. Place in a stemmed glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon or garnish with chocolate curls, if desired. Yields 6 cups. Makes 4 servings.
