Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

1 lb. Lean pork tenderloin
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy sauce (reduced sodium)
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Olive oil

Preparation

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, basil, thyme, olive oil, and sugar; mix thoroughly.

3. Coat the pork tenderloin with mixture above. Discard any unused mixture.

4. Place the pork tenderloin in a shallow baking pan and roast in oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

5. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.

6. Slice and serve

This was fantastic!! I didn't even use Thyme (didn't have any) and it was very tasty!! My kids even loved it. I will be making this again. I also used boneless center cuts of pork.

This was really wonderful. I couldn't find a tenderloin so instead I used pork chops. The marinade is so good I think you could use it on just about any kind of meat..
