Ingredients
1 Large onion, thinly sliced
3 pounds Chicken pieces
2 6-ounce Cans tomato paste
4 ounces Sliced mushrooms
1 tsp Salt
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Celery seed
1 Bay leaf
1/2 cup Red wine
1/4 cup Water
Serve with:
Cooked spaghetti
Preparation
Place onions in bottom of crock pot. Arrange chicken pieces on top.
Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Cook on low 7 to 9 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
