1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Combine Edensoy and water; mix wet and dry ingredients together.
3. Place in the freezer for 10 mintues to chill the batter.
4. Lighlty oil a crepe pan and heat up.
5. Pour 1/4 cup batter in, keep the pan moving, and using a circular motion with a spoon, spread the batter out evenly.
6. When tiny bubbles appear on the top, turn the crepe over; turn it over again and again until it's well-browned on both sides.
7. Remove and repeat process with the remaining batter.
