1. Heat butter in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until melted; add cashews & stir until lightly toasted. Remove from skillet.
2. Add turkey & broccoli; cook & stir 5 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink.
3. Add green onions and chicken broth; cook covered for about 5 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and corn starch; mix well. Add to skillet and stir until thickened & bubbly.
5. Remove from heat and add cashews.
