Cashew Turkey Stir Fry

Honeysuckle White

Ingredients

1 lb Honeysuckle White turkey breast tenderloins, cut into strips or 3/4" pieces

2 tbsp Butter OR margarine

1/2 cup Cashews

1 cup Thinly sliced broccoli

4 Green onions, sliced

1 cup Chicken broth

1 tbsp Corn starch

2 tbsp Soy sauce

Preparation

1. Heat butter in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until melted; add cashews & stir until lightly toasted. Remove from skillet.

2. Add turkey & broccoli; cook & stir 5 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink.

3. Add green onions and chicken broth; cook covered for about 5 minutes.

4. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and corn starch; mix well. Add to skillet and stir until thickened & bubbly.

5. Remove from heat and add cashews.

Cook's Notes

Serve over rice, or as a filling for crepes or pita pockets.
