| 1 | (8-oz) container crab meat |
| 1 1/3 cups | Panko* breadcrumbs, divided |
| 1 | Egg |
| 3 tbsp | Mayonnaise |
| 2 tbsp | Minced red bell pepper |
| 1 tbsp | Minced green onion |
| 1 tsp | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 tsp | Tabasco Sauce |
| 1/4 | Flour |
| 2 | Eggs, beaten |
| 2 tbsp | Vegetable oil, for frying |
Flake crab meat and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Place in a small bowl with 2/3 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, mayonnaise, red pepper, onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Shape into 8 patties. Dip each in flour, then beaten eggs, then remaining bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil for about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
