| 3 tbsp | Freshly squeezed lime juice |
| 2 tbsp | Eden extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | Eden shoyu soy sauce |
| 1/2 tsp | Any Eden organic mustard |
| 1 | Large clove garlic, minced |
| 1/3 cup | Minced red onion |
| 1 can | (15 oz.) any Eden organic beans, drained |
| 1 cup | Eden organic vegetable alphabets |
| | Eden ume plum vinegar, to taste |
1. Combine all ingredients except pasta. Cover and refrigerate; stir occasionally.
2. Cook pasta as package directs, drain and toss with mixed ingredients.
3. Add ume vinegar to taste and additional lime juice, if needed.
