Alphabet & Bean Salad

Ingredients

3 tbsp Freshly squeezed lime juice

2 tbsp Eden extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp Eden shoyu soy sauce

1/2 tsp Any Eden organic mustard

1 Large clove garlic, minced

1/3 cup Minced red onion

1 can (15 oz.) any Eden organic beans, drained

1 cup Eden organic vegetable alphabets

Eden ume plum vinegar, to taste

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients except pasta. Cover and refrigerate; stir occasionally.

2. Cook pasta as package directs, drain and toss with mixed ingredients.

3. Add ume vinegar to taste and additional lime juice, if needed.
