1 package (8 oz.) Eden organic parsley garlic ribbons OR any Eden ribbon pasta
3 cups Asparagus, cut into 1" lengths
2 tbsp Eden extra virgin oilive oil
1 tbsp Eden shoyu soy sauce, or to taste
2 1/2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1. Cook pasta as package directs, rinse and drain.
2. Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
3. Place pasta, asparagus and all remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss.
3 to 4 cups of small broccoli florets may be substituted for asparagus.
