1 package (12 oz.) Eden organic sesame rice spirals OR any Eden pasta
12 Pitted black olives
1 can (14.5 oz.) Eden organic diced tomatoes, drained
1/3 cup Finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup Finely chopped celery leaves OR parsley
Dressing:
1/4 cup Eden extra virgin oilive oil
1/4 cup Eden red wine vinegar
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Dried oregano OR
2 tbsp Fresh oregano
1 tsp Eden shoyu soy sauce
1. Cook pasta as package directs, drain, and rinse.
2. Add olives, tomatoes, onion, celery leaves or parsley; mix.
3. Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients, and mix together with pasta.
For a hot salad, heat pasta (if cooled) by submerging in boiling water for 15 seconds; drain. Proceed as above.
