1 can (15 oz.) Eden organic garbanzo beans
3 tbsp Organic tahini (sesame butter)
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 tsp Eden extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Red onion, diced
1 tsp Eden umeboshi paste, or to taste
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Basil leaves, packed & chopped
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy with any Eden chips or crackers.
