Curried Fried Noodles (Sev)
Preparation
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Rub in 1 tsp oil and add water to make a stiff dough.
2. Pass through a large-holed sieve (or use a cookie press) into the hot oil to make snake-shaped, crisp noodles.
3. Fry golden brown and drain on a paper towel. Repeat this process until all the dough is used.
4. Cool and break into 1" pieces. Store in an airtight container.
