Jalapeno Pancakes

These extremely spicy pancakes make a tasty and extra-healthy breakfast. They contain antiviral foods and make a protective daily meal during times of increased susceptibility or exposure to virus.

Ingredients

1 to 2 tablespoons Finely chopped ginger (or to maximum tolerance)

2 to 3 tablespoons Finely chopped cauliflower

1 Finley chopped jalapeno pepper per pancake

1 to 2 tablespoons Ajwain seeds per pancake

Crushed red chilies to taste (maximum tolerance)

Black pepper to taste (maximum tolerance)

1/2 teaspoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos per pancake or to taste

1/2 cup Each bran & organic whole-wheat flour, per pancake

Nonstick vegetable spray or lecithin

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Drop batter onto nonstick griddle sprayed with vegetable spray or lecithin to prevent pancakes from sticking to pan.

3. Cook on low heat for about 1/2 hour (15 minutes per side).

Cook's Notes

Eat 2 large pancakes per day.
