1 Ripe mango, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp Minced red onion
2 tbsp Chopped red bell pepper
2 tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 clove Garlic, minced
Stir ingredients together. Serve over cooked slamont, halibut, swordfish or sea bass.
