1/4 cup Bran cereal
1 Ripe Banana
2 Tbspn lowfat yogurt
1-2 Tspn honey
180ml Cold milk (lowfat or soy)
Nutmeg (optional)
1 Tbspn slivered almonds (optional)
Place all ingredients (except nutmeg) in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Optional: Add 1 tbspn slivered almonds for a great nutty taste.
