| 1 can | Red Salmon (Rock) |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1/2 cup | Chopped onions |
| 1/2 cup | Chopped green peppers |
| 1/2 cup | Chopped celery |
| 1/2 cup | Crackers crumbs |
| 2 tbsp | Miracle Whip |
| 2 tbsp | Melted butter (optional) |
| | Season with Lawry's season salt |
| | Red Pepper (Cayenne peppers) |
Clean salmon (discard bone and fat). Mash. Beat egg and pour over salmon.
Combine mixture of vegetables, Miracle Whip, butter and cracker crumbs, mix together so that consistency is such that patties can be formed. Season to Taste... You can fry or broil them. Bake on a non-stick pan at 350 degrees in a pre-heated oven for about 15-20 minutes, turning over and cooking for five more minutes. They are ready to serve.

If used as an Entree - serve with wild rice and green beans; smothered white potatoes and onions with fried corn (or any green veggie)
This can be made into larger/very small patties
If frying, use a small amount of oil.
