Taco Salad

Ingredients

1lb Lean Ground Beef

1 Envelope Taco Seasoning

1/4 cup Water

1 Onion

2 Garlic Cloves minced

1 can( 16oz) kidney beans

6-8 cups Iceberg or mixed greens Lettuce shredded or broken

1 1/2 cup Cheddar or Jack cheese, grated

1 cup Tomatoes, chopped

1 Bell Pepper sliced an diced

1 can Black olives,sliced

1 cup Corn

1 Avocado cut in peices

1 bag Tortilla Chips

Dressing:

1/2 cup Sour cream

1 cup Salsa

1/2 cup Ranch Salad Dressing

Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef and add taco seasoning, water, onion, garlic, salt and kidney beans. Simmer 5 minutes and then cool for 30 minutes. Mix dressing. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except the chips. Pour Salad Dressing over salad, mix and then add chips and toss and serve!
