KIM GAVE ME THE PIZZELLE MAKER ONE CHRISTMAS, SHE AND I HAVE BEEN MAKING THEM EVERY YEAR. FUN, EASY AND GOOD
1 1/2 cups SUGAR
3 LARGE EGGS
1/2 cup BUTTER MELTED
1 tsp. VANILLA OR ANISE
2 cups FLOUR
1 1/2 tsp. BAKING POWDER
1/8 tsp. SALT
MIX ALL. DOUGH SHOULD BE STICKY TO BE DROPPED FROM A SPOON. HEAT PIZZELLE IRON (6 TO 7 MIN.) DROP 1 FULL TEASPOON OF BATTER ON EACH PIZZELLE FORM. BAKE 30 SECONDS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP. ADD POWDERED SUGAR AND EAT!
