WE HAVE ENJOYED THIS AT DIANE'S HOUSE, SUE'S HOUSE AND AT THE SHORE. I USED IT IN MY SOUPS PLUS DINNERS ALSO. IT FREEZES WELL.

Ingredients

1 lb. CHEESE SHREDDED

1 lb. GROUND BEEF12 TORTILLAS CORN OR FLOUR

1/4 c. CHOPPED GREEN CHILE

1/2 c. CHOPPED ONION

GARLIC

I ALSO ADD CORN, FROZEN

CUT UP OLIVES

CAN ALSO BE MADE WITH SHREDDED CHICKEN

ENCIHLDA SAUCE ONE OR 2 JARS

Preparation

BROWN THE MEAT

LAYER ALL INGREDIENTS BEGINNING WITH TORTILLA. COVER AND BAKE 350 FOR 30 MIN.

THIS IS THE EASY WAY OF DOING IT. DIANE'S WAY TAKES A LITTLE MORE TIME. WE ENJOY THIS JUST AS MUCH. I ALWAYS HAD PEOPLE ORDERING IT WHEN I HAD IT ON THE SOUP PLUS MENU.
