FAST AND GOOD AND EASY TOO.

Ingredients

1 White or Yellow Cake Mix

2 lbs. Ricotta cheese

4 Eggs

3/4 cup Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

PREPARE CAKE ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS

POUR INTO 9 X 13 PAN

MIX ALL THE REST TOGETHER

ADDING EGGS 1 AT A TIME

POUR FILLING OVER CAKE MIX

BAKE 350 FOR 1 HOUR
