Perfect for a party, or for kid's after school snack
16 oz Sour cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 cans Mexicorn, drained
10 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
4 Green onions, chopped
1/4 cup Diced canned jalapeno peppers
2 tbsp Chopped black olives
2 tbsp Minced cilantro, optional
In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with corn chips.
The longer this sits the better it tastes. It is especially good if left overnight in refrigerator.
