BAKED FILET OF SOLE

Ingredients

1 7oz. FILLET OF SOLE
 LEMON JUICE
 DRIED ONION FLAKE
 PARSLEY & PAPRIKA
 SALT & PEPPER
 LIGHT SOY SAUCE

Preparation

1. PLACE FISH IN BAKING DISH AND BRUSH W/LEMON JUICE.

2. SPRINKLE ON NEXT 5 INGREDIENTS

3. SOY SAUCE GOES ON LAST; USE LIBERALLY.

4. BAKE AT 375 FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES.

Very very good. I used Basa fillets because my grocery store didn't have sole and the fish baked perfectly. Very moist and full of flavour for an otherwise bland fish. Looked good too, could use this recipe for when you have company.
