| 1 cup | Plain low-fat (or non-fat) yogurt |
| 3 | Granny Smith apples peeled and cubed |
| 1/3 cup | Pistachios |
| 1/3 cup | Blue cheese crumbles |
| | Squeeze of lemon juice |
| 1 tsp | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 tsp | Black pepper |
Mix yogurt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice onto apples and add to yogurt mixture. Let chill for an hour. When ready to serve, add blue cheese and pistachios. Mix well. Serve immediately.
