My aunt just gave me this recipe - it's great.
1 cup Plain low-fat (or non-fat) yogurt
3 Granny Smith apples peeled and cubed
1/3 cup Pistachios
1/3 cup Blue cheese crumbles
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Black pepper
Mix yogurt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice onto apples and add to yogurt mixture. Let chill for an hour. When ready to serve, add blue cheese and pistachios. Mix well. Serve immediately.
