Shredded Chicken Tacos

Simple and delicious

Ingredients

1 lb Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast

1 Chicken Taco Seasoning Packet

12 Corn Tortillas

1 cup Oil

Shredded Cheese

Hot Sauce

Homemade Salsa--see recipe.

Preparation

Boil chicken breast till done.

Shred chicken.

Mix cooked chicken with seasoning packet & follow directions.

Heat oil in skillet.

Cook tortillas & wrap in paper towls to absorb oil.

Fill tortillas with chicken, cheese & salsa. Can add mexican white rice also or eat on side.

Add hot sauce to desired taste.

Cook's Notes

Serve with homemade salsa & mexican white rice.

Make salsa ahead of time to cut down on cooking time.
