Ingredients
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
Preparation
Stir unbeated egg together with sugar and vanilla. Quickly stir in the flour, soda and salt. Blend in walnuts. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Do not overcook. They should be soft in the center when removed from the oven. Cool in pan. Cut into 16-2 inch squares
