Refreshing Tea with Ginger, Mint, Cardemom

Ingredients

2 cups Water
2 cups Reduced- fat milk
4 pieces Crushed cardamom
6 teaspoons Sugar
4 Tea bags
10 Mint leaves
4 teaspoons Crushed Ginger

Preparation

Combine water and milk in saucepan over medium heat.

Add sugar, cardamom and tea bags. Heat to a boil and add crushed ginger.

Boil for 2 minutes or longer for desired strength. Add green mint leaves.

Remove tea bags, pour into cups or mugs and serve.
