Pasta-Crusted Fish with Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

1 pound Boneless, skinless fish fillets

1 cup Finely chopped fresh refrigerated angle-hair pasta

1/4 teaspoon Dried dill weed

Fresh ground black pepper

1 cup Low-fat meatless spaghetti sauce or refrigerated marinara sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450

Spray baking sheet with vegetable oil

Rinse fish and pat dry. Cut into 4 serving size pieces if necessary.

Place chopped pasta in shallow bowl and press fish into pasta to coat on one side.

Put fish on baking sheet, pasta side up and sprinkle with dill weed and pepper.

Lightly spray fillets with vegetable oil

Bake fillets uncovered until done (8-10 minutes).

Spoon 1/4 cup of sauce over each fillet before serving
