This is a poor mans meal. leftover meat and veggies in your fridge throw em in.
1/2 to 1 lb. Beef/venison/chicken/or any other meat you are craving (cubed)
6 c. Water to start
1 t. Cooking sherry
1 t. Balsamic vinegar
1/8 A hot pepper chopped
1 Whole large onion chopped
1 Whole bell pepper sliced
2 Whole tomatoes sliced
2 c. Baby red potatoes or regular
1/2 c. Celery chopped
1/2 Large cabbage chopped up bite size
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
1/4 - 1/2 Cup of any other vegtable that you may find.
Boil the water and the meat potatoes celery and onions until potatoes soften a bit. then add all other ingredients. turn heat down to medium. Keep adding water as the water evaporates. Cook 2 hours.
