Ingredients

3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes peeled and cubed
8 cloves Garlic peeled
1.25 c Lowfat buttermilk
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper

Preparation

place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan. cover with water and bring to a boil. cook 15 minutes or until very tender. drain. return potato mix to pan. add remaining ingredients. mash with masher.
