Chicken Veggie Soup

Ingredients

3 c Cooked cubed chicken

1 tsp Onion powder

1/4 tsp Garlic powder

28 oz Can tomatoes, undrained

1 c Chopped celery

1 c Diced carrots

1 c Potato cubes

1 c Chicken broth

1/2 c Water

4 c Frozen mixed veggies

3/4 tsp Mrs Dash

1/2 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Combine chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, tomatoes, celery, carrots, potatoes, chicken broth and water in large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to low and simmer 15-20 minutes, until veggies are tender. Add frozen veggies, Mrs. Dash, and pepper. Cook 10-15 minutes until heated through. Serve immediately or freeze. Reheat on stovetop or microwave until hot.
