Baked Sesame Chicken

Ingredients

2t Soy sauce

1/4 c Toasted sesame seeds

2t Flour

1/4 tsp Salt

Pinch pepper

4 Chicken breasts

2t Melted butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. Place soy sauce in 9x13 dish. On a piece of wax paper mix seeds, flour, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in soy sauce to coat, then dredge in seed mix. Arrange in a single layer then drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes. Baste with drippings once during cooking.
