Easy, yet flavorful potatoes

Ingredients
3-4 Large potatoes pared and sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Bacon strips cooked
2 c Shredded cheddar
1/2 c Butter cut into pieces
Preparation
Place potatoes on large piece of foil. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over potatoes. Add cheese. Dot with butter. Wrap loosely and seal well with double fold. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
