Bacon Morning Muffins

Ingredients

12 slices Turkey bacon cut into 1/4 inch pieces

1 cup Quick-cooking oats

1 1/4 cups Flour

2 teaspoons Baking powder

1/2 cup Milk

1/3 cup Honey

1/4 cup Oil

1 large egg

Preparation

Mix bacon, oats, and baking powder in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; stir until moistened (batter will be lumpy)

Spoon batter into muffin tins sprayed with no stick cooking spray filling each 2/3 full.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
