If you are looking for ways to work family meals into your busy schedule, do not overlook breakfast. Between homework, sports schedules, work commitments and other family functions, it might be difficult to eat dinner together on weeknights. There is no rule stating the family meals have to be dinner, so try bringing the family together for breakfast!
Start the day with a balanced family breakfast featuring Oatmeal Pecan Waffles, Vegetable Quiche Cups and Banana Breakfast Shakes. Eat Better, Eat Together all week long with other breakfast options like Easy Cheesy Skillet Frittata, Layered Yogurt, Baked Apple Cinnamon French Toast and Mini Bacon Spinach Bites.
Visit Facebook to take the Eat Better, Eat Together family meal pledge and follow the Twitter hashtag #EatBetter2Gether for family meal updates. Then register at MealsMatter.org to add these and other recipes to your personalized family meal plan and shopping list.
