While the holidays are not the time for weight loss, it is possible to enjoy turkey and all the trimmings in a healthy, sensible way. To help, we’ve mixed a few decadent recipes with slimmed down favorites so the entire family can enjoy a guilt-free feast. Just be sure to pay attention to portion size and savor each bite for a sensible and satisfying Thanksgiving.
