Nutritional information is usually based on the first listed ingredient if a choice is given, so I suspect that since 1/2 cup is listed first for serving size, it is based on that. The number of calories (95) seems about right. If you want to reduce it a little further, consider using non-fat mayo, fat-free yogurt, and artificial sweetener.
