As another suggested, I also added the zest and juice of a whole orange to sauce. Additionally, I created a finishing sauce with another can of whole cranberry sauce, 1 TBS brown sugar, 4 c of strained pork juice from crock-pot and about 2 TBS corn starch to thicken. I know this is a bit sugary and unhealthy, but it really added a nice touch to this excellent recipe. Served with Basmati rice and spinach salad.

A family favorite for years, with pilaf and steamed green beans. I usually "wash" part of the cranberry sauce away. making it less sweet, but leaving cranberries, which we like better than frozen ones. A friend's wife uses same ingredients and technique with beef brisket - he says it's best ever.

I wish in the nutrition information they would give the sugars content in grams. Noticed only carb which is sugar and other and I am especially watching my sugar intake

I have been considering making this recipe for some time - and finally made it last night. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. I made steamed rice and broccoli to go with it, plus a spinach salad. I am curious what other's use as side dishes.

I've made a slightly different version of this before, instead of cranberry sauce which is full of sugars I use frozen cranberries . Cranberries, orange and pork go wonderfully together! A definite hit at our house!

Very easy and delicious. My husband loved it. We'll experiment with the ingredients and tweak the sauce more to our liking.

It was pretty good. I am not much of a pork fan but the sauce was good.

This is delicious and so easy. I used the peel from an entire large navel orange, and also added about 1/4 orange juice and a couple of dashes of garlic powder.
