This is a FANTASTIC and VERY versitile recipie. I've made it several times, using whatever meat and veggies we just have lying around. Sometimes I use italian sausage, sometimes chicken, sometimes chunks of steak and once I used pork chops! No one in the house likes broccoli so I've used asparagus, canned corn, green beans, bell peppers, and sometimes peas! Sometimes I even use more than one! It does need alittle more garlic and some extra spices. SOOOO VERSATILE.

I used 5 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup skim milk (no water), added salt, pepper, dried parsley and garlic powder to taste and used bowties instead of spaghetti. Yum. I froze half to eat another day.

Is it just 3 oz of cream cheese? The recipe says 1 pkg (3 oz.) Isn't one package 8 ounces? So to clarify, is it 3 or 8 oz?

I just made this recipe and I am a messy cook, but it turned out lovely..I think my chicken strips were a bit big..and I didn't even use a whisk..and it still turned out scrumptious...soooo yay!!!

I made this with brown rice rather than pasta and I added slices of mushrooms. In the future I'll probably add some rosemary to add something to it. It was pretty basic.

When I can please my entire picky eaters with a meal, then I jump for joy. Its rare to make a meal with NO complaints!!!!. This meal was awsome and I am still jumping........

Great recipe. I served this last night and it was a big hit. I used penne pasta and loved the idea of adding the brocolli to the pasta to cook as it turned out perfect. Marinating the meat ahead of time makes this meal tastier yet. I will definitely keep this recipe in my cookbook

Easy to make, broccoli was not overcooked. I added some freshly cracked pepper to create more interest. Used Linguine. We liked it.

This is a "WONDERFUL" recipe! Everyone in the family ate it and then wanted seconds. I did however change the pasta to bit sized pasta and the cream cheese to light.

This is a great recipe! I did change the pasta, however, to spinich pasta (any brand). I found that it adds color and is slightly more healthy!
